Frequently asked Questions
How Much can I borrow?
Loan amounts are available from £3000 to £100,000. The loan amounts available are subject to income and equity available in your property.
What term can I take my Loan over?
Loans are generally available from 5 to 25 years, although we do have Lenders that will consider a 30 year loan term.
How long will it take to complete my loan?
As a general guideline, 10 to 15 working days. The most common cause for any delays are due to information not disclosed or incorrect information provided at enquiry stage by the applicant.
I cannot prove my income, can you still help me?
Yes. We have Lenders that will allow you to self certify income you cannot prove. Self employed applicants with no accounts can again self certify their income.
I have a poor credit history, can you still help me?
Yes. Providing you have sufficient equity in your property we have several Lenders who will still consider a loan application. These types of Lender allow us to complete finance for applicants who are experiencing the most difficult circumstances in terms of County Court Judgments, Defaulted accounts and even the most severe Mortgage arrears cases.
I have been turned down elsewhere before, why do you think you can help me?
I believe that Crystal Finance will look at applications in more detail than some of the other larger brokers within the market place. We Will go that step further at enquiry stage when assessing suitability with our Lenders by means of speaking with you in some depth and liaising with our Lenders. It is a fact that we have completed deals in the past when other brokers have declined an application.
